We accept returns received to us within fourteen (14) days after purchase/delivery date. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
You may return full priced items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed with original tags attached. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume/odors, animal hair, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and will not be eligible for a refund. Shoes must be in new condition and returned back to us in their original box. The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, holiday items, jewelry, hats, purses, sunglasses, hair accessories, scarves and gift cards.
Online Orders
To return your item(s) please email us at polkadotpinkboutique@gmail.com first. Please include your full name, order number and reason for return. Once we confirm your return, we will send you our address to where the items can be shipped back to. We do not cover return shipping on returned items. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost. Once we receive your item(s) we will process the return and notify you via email.
